ELAFIX 40 – AdBlue magnet adapter

The ELAFIX 40 magnetic adapter is designed for installation in filler necks from DN 40.
It ensures safe refilling of AdBlue® (urea solution) by preventing misfilling with other fluids. The adapter complies with ISO 22241-4 standards.
To use the ZVA HV nozzle for AdBlue®, the vehicle must have a filler neck equipped with an ELAFIX 40 magnetic adapter. The magnetic field in the adapter activates the magnet switch located in the nozzle spout, allowing the refilling process to start. This system prevents accidental filling of non-AdBlue® tanks.
The design also avoids filling the AdBlue® tank with diesel or petrol, as their spouts are not compatible with the ELAFIX 40 adapter.
